Placing order

Registering with the House of Dzaya website enables you to place electronic orders for products displayed on our website, provided that they are not sold out. A purchase agreement between you and House of Dzaya come into effect once the chosen products are selected and placed in your “shopping basket” and payment for those products has been made. Once you have added an item to your shopping basket, you can start the checkout process by clicking the "CHECKOUT" button.
Please allow 3-7 business days for handling time. Once we receive payment you will receive notifications to let you know where your order is in terms of processing.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is free on ALL orders over R1000. If your order value is less than R750, the delivery fee will be confirmed at the final order confirmation stage. Deliveries on all successful purchases will be made between 3 – 7 working days.

  • If delays are anticipated, you will be notified.

  • All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

  • Deliveries are only made to valid addresses within South Africa, on business days only.

We do not deliver/ ship to a post box address. For security reasons, we cannot reroute your package to a new address. 

House of Dzaya assumes no responsibility after a package has been signed for. It is not required that the cardholder sign for the package, but rather anyone at your requested shipping address over the age of 18 with valid identity document. Once you have received your order, if you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to info@houseofdzaya.com

Shoe care

  • Protecting your shoes is a vital step in ensuring that they last for all your occasions

  • Keep leather surface clean and dry using a dry, soft cloth.

  • Always store your footwear away from light and heat.

  • Protect leather goods from rain and humidity.

  • Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces

  • Consult a leather care professional or cobbler for specific advice and maintenance.

Returns

For online purchases, we accept shoes in its original condition for an exchange when accompanied by the original receipt. Returned merchandise must include the original shoe box, heel taps, adhesive sole tags and must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Delivery or shipping costs are non–refundable.

We strongly advise all customers to check merchandise thoroughly upon delivery before removing the clear adhesive sole tag and before disposing of any original packaging. For any discrepancies with your order please contact us immediately.

All shoes must be tried on for fit and size on clean carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them. Our soles are very delicate and we cannot accept returns on shoes that appear worn or damaged. The sole must be in perfect condition

Please follow all of the procedures and requirements to exchange your merchandise to our facility. A direct exchange can only be facilitated for a different size of the same style, or for another item of the exact same value. An exchange is subject to availability of the requested item at the time of processing and we will do our best to ensure your request is satisfied.
